Danica and Harry w/Unlimited followed up after my purchase to keep me updated on shipping status and eventually delivery, as well as a follow-up post-delivery to ensure everything went well. Placed my order for 2 leather recliners & just received. My family room is to small for the oversized overstuffed recliners I had looked at but these recliners are perfect size, color & quality. So happy with customer service & white glove delivery; LOVE these chairs!!
